My life began in Detroit Michigan I moved to Memphis TN in 1989. I graduated from Sheffield high school in 1992 then off to Michigan University with a softball scholarship(Yes I'm a Wolverine! I majored in Marketing management of non profit. Moved to Mississippi in 1996 where I then started my family of a wonderful husband two lovely daughters an a handsome son. My struggles in life have brought me to a big urge to make a difference in our younger generation which will one day be our future. We must invest in them. I have such a strong belief in change that I became a part of the United Families of America and Breaking the chain Foundation. My Motto: My Faith Outweighs My Fear .
My name is William L. Sparks, Senior Partner of the United Families of America Mentoring Group. My responsibilities are developing programs that provide our youth with strategic skills. I am a native of a small town called Danville, Ill. I relocated to Memphis, TN in 1999 with the out look for new opportunities. I am the second oldest of three siblings. I am a graduate of Westwood High School, class of 2003. Following high school, I attended Lane College. I later transferred to Northwest Community College, and majored in business management. While at Northwest I was involved in a hip hop group which I co-managed. For three year we toured and did shows with major artist. In 2015 I started my own business D & L Wellness Inc. where we specialize in health and wellness. Our services provides addition/ behavior medicine, 501c3 and grant writing. My situations has given me inspiration to motive and guide other young individuals to their full potential. My goal in life is to volunteer time to my community, and provide services for humanity..

I am a resident in Fort Knox Kentucky of native form a small town called Covington LA. I am from a large family of 4 sisters and 8 brothers. After finishing high school in 1983, I finished college at Central Texas College outside of Fort Hood Texas 1986. While living in Texas I met and married my soldier sweetheart of 30 plus years . I am a proud mother of 4 wonderful children and 3 grand kids. Currently I am co/ founder of a non-profit organization called Victory Faith Christian Center INC. with over 20 years experience. Currently I have experience in educating teaching and developing children in a variety of alternative programs and exceptional children program for Harden County School District since 2006.

I am a Louisiana native form a small town out side of New Orleans called Folsom LA. I am from a large family of 15 siblings. The most difficult time in my life was the years of 1988 and 1990, the passing away of my parent when I was only 15 years old . In 1990 I moved to Killeen, Tx to live with my sister Mary Perry to finish high school in 1992. After graduating from Ellison High School, I went to college at Southern Arkansas University and played football for 4 years. During my time in college, I was the founder and president of a on campus organization named Genesis Choir from 1993 until 1997 and the group has been active for over 23 years. I have been a resident of Memphis, TN since 1998. I have been a CEO and business owner for over 20 years and i have been working in the customer support service, sales and retail industry for over 21 years.
